Started tracking with Jess Morgan this month for her 3rd album.



February + March

Albums, I've Loved These Days by Ruthie Henshall and Beneath Our Humble Soil by The Willows are out this month.  Rockestra V also took place at The Apex at the end of March.


January 2013

Happy New Year!!


This month has started out very busy, preparing for Rockestra V and directing "Bella's Fury", a music video for The Willows - watch it here.  Steve sets off on tour with Ruthie Henshall later this month and it's already been tipped by Elaine Page (BBC Radio 2) to be a highlight of 2013.


December 2012

The Wednesday Sessions got off to a great start this month with Jess Morgan and Grace Sarah.


Jess recorded a couple of live tunes with her acoustic guitar including a beautiful cover of Luther Vandross' "Never Too Late" which she recently performed at her sister's wedding.  We were very pleased with the new Neumann mic on her vocals - so smooth!


Grace recorded "Boy and Girl" with us just after Christmas.  The session began working on the structure of the song and we developed the arrangement to show off her intimate story telling with just piano and vocals.


Over 100 students auditioned for a lead role in Rockestra V, Bury St Edmunds.  Arrangements are being scored for a new setlist and rehearsals begin in January.  We can't wait to see you back at the Apex in March 2013.
